Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I am glad to hear from you again on Ask a Doctor service!
Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms are really atypical for any cardiac disorders.
The chest pain which is triggered by breathing, is usually related to local muscle inflammation, pleuritis or chostochondritis.
So, just relax and don't worry about your heart!
I recommend having some rest, taking ibuprofen for the pain and using local warm packs.
An antiacid or PPI (omeprazole, pantoprazole, etc.) would help in case of acid reflux.
Hope to have been helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Wishing all the best,
Dr. Iliri
