Question: Hi was diagnosed with polyploid nodular melonoma with superficial spreading melonoma adjacent in XXXXXXX this year. Wide local excision was done and slnb came back negative. Was 1.6mm Breslow depth / left scapula. XXXXXXX level 3 stage 2 . Extensively ulcerated ; brisk til and 1 / mm 2 mitioc index.
