Brief Answer:
Regarding risk of HIV
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.
Kissing, even deep kissing is relatively safe. This is because saliva is not infectious and it inactivates the virus. So, even if there are small cuts or sores in the oral cavity it doesn't lead to HIV because the virus gets inactivated as soon as it comes in contact with saliva baring the rare instance when there is a frankly bleeding sore which is akin to drinking blood!! I don't think you need to worry.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Brief Answer:
Regarding HIV testing
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
There is no need for a screening test in your case. If you still want to go for it you may take a 4th generation HIV antigen/ antibody test at 4 weeks. That would be conclusive and give you peace of mind.
Take care.
