Brief Answer:
I would not be overly concerned...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand you are concerned about higher creatinine value. But the BUN value as well as other urine routine values are within limits. Therefore, I would not be overly concerned about higher than previous creatinine value. Moreover creatinine value is still under normal limits. Further if you do not have diabetes or high blood pressure, there may not be any risks of renal disease.

Borderline uric acid is either due to higher production of uric acid or reduced uric acid clearance. Being over weight is a factor to cause high uric acid. So is consumption of alcohol (if you consume alcohol). I will suggest you consult a physician and evaluate the cause of higher uric acid. If needed, dietary modifications and uricosuric drugs should be started to control uric acid level.

In the nutshell, I would not be concerned about renal function. But high uric acid value needs to be evaluated and treated.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
