Brief Answer:
Drugs has to be restarted.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
It could be severe gastritis due to stoppage of drugs.
Naturopathy does not cure disease.
As of now avoid spicy foods and continue antacids like omeprazole or esomeprazole( nexpra).
If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for an endoscopy.
Longterm medical management and lifestyle changes can control the disease, do not stop the medicines by your own.
Wishing all the best
