When liver enzymes are high,it means liver is not functioning normally.
It means some liver disorder is there,even if no symptom have presented themselves.
There can be various reasons for high liver enzymes like
Excessive use of alcohol
Diabetes
High triglycerides
Viral hepatitis

However seeing your report indicates that probably high triglcerides may be the cause for your high enzymes.

Get a prescription for anti lipid medicine from your doctor and taking it regularly
Get your enzymes tested again after 6 weeks and I hope you shall be alright.
