Question: Hi,i am 28 years old 250lb male.
I have sever anxiety disorder for 10 years.
I read and i think i have all types of cancer.
4 days ago when i wake up from sleep i went in bathroom i split from my mouth and there was blood!and i said ok 100% I have lung cancer,i keep making my self this cough even though I don’t have to cough just to put phlegm out and 90% of the time comes out normal just sometimes i see little red!!!
I know my lungs aren’t feeling right because 5 days agoo i was sweating from the hot weather and i went inside my car and i turn the A/C on and it hit my chest now i feel little discomfort in my lungs.
And i keep eating food all day im hungry always!!!

I have gone through the detailed history you have given.
Forceful coughing can also cause blood in sputum. This is because of injury in wind pipe due to forceful coughing.
So no need to worry much.
But better to get done chest x ray to rule out any lung pathology.
Any possibility of lung cancer is very less because of your age.
Usually lung cancers are more common after the age of 60 years in patients who smoke regularly.
So please let me know
1. Do you smoke?
2. Have you ever undergone chest x ray?
