2d echo done?

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
Tachycardia in ventilated patient is due to cardiac issue, dehydration, hypotension, fighting with ventilator etc.
So better to get done 2d echo if not done.
Let me know if already done.
I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your father. Thanks.

Hello sir from last 3 the urine is decreasing it was 420ml,200ml,150ml respectively. Today when I met to doctors he said there is no big issue of other parts we can control. But the main thing is to remove the ventilator. Now his pulse is in control. He is admitted here in XXXXXXX medical, karmsad.

Brief Answer:
No, this is also big thing.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
Decreasing urine output is also serious thing.
It is suggestive of kidney failure.
Please let me know
1. Are you talking about 24 hour urine output?
2. What is his recent urea and creatinine reports?
Weaning from ventilator is also very challenging and important but this should not be neglected.
I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your father. Thanks.
