Question: Hiii we had intercourse 14 Feb and due to contraception failure my partner took unwanted 72 after that she got period on 20 feb Again we had intercourse on 27 feb due to some doubt my partner again take unwanted 72. My partner get her period on 21th of every month in march she didn't get her period we took 2 pregnancy test on 5th day after missed period and on 10th day after missed period both were negative but she didn't get her period until today 9 March.Is she pregnant or it is because those pills?

I understand your concerns.

Since she took unwanted 72 on 14 February, her periods were preponed. This is due to hormonal variations after the tablets. This will lead to change in period dates.

Hence the period dates are going to change. Nothing to worry about it. I dont see chances of pregnancy.

Do we should conduct pregnancy test again? Because she took second time pills after two days of intercourse but test showing negative result and after one week of missed period she took some tablets refered by her doctor she took it for 3 days. On fourth day she noticed white discharge but after that day she is not getting any signs. Is there any medication you can refer to regulate periods?

There is no need to test again. The cycle will be irregular for sometime due to pills and stress. No more medications are required as of now.

Can you tell us how much time it can take to get her periods? She is taking M.P. forte does it will help her to get her period? Does there will be any consequences in future as she take 2 pills of unwanted 72 in single month? Does she have to follow any dietary precautions to control hormonal variations to get her period as soon as possible?

Hi,

It is difficult to predict exact date of next periods. MP forte also may not help. No need of any dietary modification. It is not advisable to take unwanted 72 pills regularly. Use other form of long term contraceptives like ora; contraceptive pills ( OCP).
