Brief Answer:
USG report, beta HCG report. Surgical and or medical management

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
I have gone through your question.
Let me give you the best possible treatment options.

First of all I would like to know if any sonography report is available, that says it's a ruptured ectopic pregnancy.
Usually, patients with such a condition present with severe pain in abdomen and giddiness associated with per vaginal bleeding.
in such condition patient should be taken to emergency room and surgical management is required to tackle the ectopic pregnancy.

if the diagnosis is not yet confirmed then proper ultrasonography with pervaginal examination and serum beta HCG levels will be of help. There is an option of of medical management of ectopic pregnancy if the conditions are suitable for the same.

Please revert back to me e so that I can suggest you better treatment options .
Please feel free to communicate with me again.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
No chances of pregnancy and or ectopic pregnancy at all. Please don't worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

I have read your reply.
Thanks for reverting back to me.

I would like to ensure you that there is no chance of you having topic pregnancy.
As you already had your regular menstrual cycle a few days back and your pregnancy tests are negative, this clearly indicates that you are not pregnant. And this also rules out your chances of having an ectopic pregnancy.

Please don't worry at all.

I hope this answer helps you.
Please feel free to communicate with me again.

Thanks.
