Hit Head On Roof Of Car, Pressure On Top Of Head, Blocked Ears. Sinus Issue Or Due To Head Injury?

Thanks for posting your query.
It seems that you have suffered a minor head injury. The pressure that you are feeling in your head and ears might be related to mildly increased intracranial tension due to the impact or a minor concussion.
These symptoms usually subside on their own in 4-5 days without any specific treatment.
If you can consult a physician easily then it is best to get yourself examined for any neurological deficits. You can also self monitor yourself for any deterioration in the symptoms like unconsciousness, severe headache, blurred vision, bleeding from eyes, nose or ears, vomiting, etc in which case you need to rush to ER immediately.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Wishing you good health.
