Thank you, Doctor!
1. No. I am not on any long-term medication.
2. Yes, I had a lot of bakery items and sweets the week I took a blood test.
3. No. Even in my previous reports, I had alarming Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels. I did not take any action. XXXXXXX 2022
Vitamin B12: 193 pg/mL
Vitamin D: 27 ng/mL
XXXXXXX 2024:
Vitamin B12: 163 pg/mL
Vitamin D: 14 ng/mL
Looks like it has become worse. Should I be worried? Please suggest how I can improve them naturally (if possible) or if supplements any.

Brief Answer:
Re check Lipid profile
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the information
Sorry for the delay in my response
Firstly, i would recommend to get the lipid profile repeated by avoiding sweets and fatty foods for a week. This will show your baseline cholesterol levels. Any sort of sweet or fatty food in recent days of testing can show very high unreliable readings.
If the cholesterols come high again, you will be started on medication. Basically, a low carb and low fat diet with exercise will prevent high cholesterol
Need not worry about the lymphocytes, it can reflect or indicate any recent viral infections and not to intervene now
For Vit B12 and Vit D you must be supplemented.
Cap Methylcobalamine 750mcg daily night after food for 1 month
Vit D3 60k units weekly once after food for 8 weeks followed by monthly once for 8 months.
Please consult your doctor for a hand written prescription.
Hope, I answered your query
Wishing you good health
