How I Can Prevent Kidney Stones?
Question: I passed an 8mm stone through urine. I had sent it to a laboratory, please find the report attached.
I am also attached my CT Scan report which detected the stone.

Based on the facts and reports that you have posted it seems that you have passed a urinary stone . The analysis reports reveals it to be mixed which is inmost of the cases is secondary to Urinary Infection.
Following general measures will help to prevent recurrence.
1) Ensure to drink 3-4 liters of water everyday to keep your urine dilute.
2)Restrict consuming red meat and milk products.
3) Restrict food products rich in oxalates like spinach, tomatoes, chocolates, beet roots
4) Restrict taking extra salt ,
5) Always ensure you do not get UTI. If you get UTI take appropriate antibiotics .
6) Daily exercise is important to keep you healthy.
These measures will help to prevent recurrence to some extent.
