Can be 90% accurate.

The accuracy of conception dates depends on the regularity of your periods. The dates calculated with the help of ultrasound scans done at least twice before 8 weeks is almost 90% accurate. It is difficult to exactly pin point the date with 100% accuracy.

So say the ultrasounds conceived dates where 25-29 what's the possibility it could be the 18 through the 22 with no regular period. But lets say the period ended on the 10th.

If the period ended on 10th and ultrasound suggests conception after 25th- that means it was during the fertile period by dates. If the ultrasound for dating was done before 8 weeks gestation then the chances of conception from 18-22 are less than 5%.
