How Are Lethargy, Fatigue, Dry Mouth And Pain Around The Navel Treated In An Elderly Woman?

Question: My name is XXXX age 70 weight 90 kg
I am a diabetic person since 2015 ,hipothoiroide person, as well as hypertensioned person.
Now I feel very lethargic, feeling very tired and I feel I don't have any stamina. I am on strict diet control and yesterday when I checked my sugar level ,it was 134 random.. Most of the time my mouth is completely dried up.Today I get small pain my naval. Could you please help me to come out of all these problems or at least simple relief.

I have gone through the details. Your symptoms looks like it is due to hypothyroid. I would suggest you get a blood test done for thyroid levels. Meanwhile you can take tab. becosules once a day for 30 days.
