This is a general question.
This BP is of course low. It also depends on the baseline BP.
If the baseline is 90/60, then this is not too bad.
Low BP tends to reduce blood flow to the organs and that is the reason for the worry.
The minimum BP where the urine output is stable and mental status ok, that's the right BP.
