Brief Answer:
Please see the description

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

For the patient with ID 0000-2
It's SINUS RHYTHM with SINUS BRADYCARDIA and RBBB with leftward axis.
This patient needs echo and stress test if echo is normal. Also, he ll need HOLTER MONITORING, THYROID PROFILE due to sinus BRADYCARDIA. Such changes are usually seen in hypertensive patients or even with age, but POSSIBILITY of ischemic heart disease should be ruled out in such patients with above mentioned tests.

For patient with ID 0000-1
SINUS RHYTHM with leftward axis (suggestive of Left anterior fascicular block), T wave inversions in V1-6, II III AVF. This is suggestive of Ischemic heart disease. Evaluation is recommended with echo and if normal then stress test like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography. He may need conventional angiography if any these tests reveal abnormalities. He should also be started on anti-platelets and statin like ecosprin AV.

All the best.

Regards
