Question : I feel like I have gynecomestia. I'm not quite sure can you please help me with this. Also if it's just fat can my chest become normal as I loose fat.

Losing fat can help in reducing breast fat in gynecomastia. If it is prominent then you may consult a surgeon or plastic surgeon and get it removed. They will remove just the fatty tissue.
