Hi
Thanks for posting your query on XXXXXXX
From your description it did not become apparent whether you have psychogenic ED or some organic cause.
The ED may be simply due to performance anxiety, in which the man has ED with just one partner but has satisfactory erection in other circumstances or with other partners.
Thus a careful history and some investigations are required to diagnose the cause. Thus a visit to a urologist is required for this purpose.
My recommendations are as follows:
- May not take penegra until a proper diagnosis is made. Also you are having sustained erection with it, it is better to not use it.
- You may need sex therapy. It is used to allay performance anxiety by doing systematic desensitization. Sex therapy can be provided by a sex therapist.
- Relaxation techniques should also help like yoga, meditation etc.
Hope this is of help to you
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks Vaishalee..
I haven't participated in sex before, my wife is the first. but I used to do self masturbation regularly before marriage.
As you suggested if I dont use penegra I may face penis flaccid and if I use I may face delayed orgasm.
Please suggest me the best solution. And is it ok if I discussed my problem with my wife.

Hi again
Detailed Answer:
Hi
If during previous sexual activities including masturbation the erection has been normal, then the most probable cause is anxiety. The questions to ask would include the following:
-Did you have satisfactory erection during masturbation?
-Do you have early morning erections?
If the answers to the above questions are yes, then anxiety may be the cause. Mostly stress is multi-pronged, related to career, new married life, ability to provide for your family, work pressure, psychosocial, etc. I am not sure how your wife may react to this news. If you have had a stable relationship for quite a long time, then you may talk about it, otherwise discussing the issue may increase the stress on you. Slowly when the work related stress, etc starts decreasing, then your condition will improve spontaneously.
The solution for now would be to see a urologist and check for the cause. Treatment depends on the cause. If treatment can be initiated and sexual life becomes satisfactory, then there is no need to tell wife.
Till then you may occasionally use Penagra, if the sustained erection is not troublesome. Exercising for atleast 20 min a day should help. It can include gym, walk, yoga, swimming, cycling etc. Stay away from alcohol, especially when taking Penagra. Relaxing is very important.
Take care

Hi again

Hi again
There are no specific yoga exercises to improve sex life. But when the yoga asanas and breathing techniques are done daily at home, these help to bring down stress. Thus by achieving balance in body and mind they help improving most stress-related conditions.
I personally like Art of living Waves of Happiness course to learn the relaxation technique and yoga. Their books are available on yoga. Their website also has a lot of information on these things. Thus you can go through those.
Once learnt these can be done daily at home.
