How Can I Confirm If The Mole On My Back Is Benign Or Malignant?

Question: Hi, I just wondered what you thought of this mole on my back, as far as I know it's been there for a few years and about a year or two ago I remembered accidently scratching the head off of it. Any insight into it would be appreciated :)
