Brief Answer:
Calcification rib cage

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Calcium deposits, especially at the joints, can affect the range of movement and cause considerable pain. Treatment is mainly through NSAIDs, pain medication and applying ice packs. If the pain persists then surgical correction may be required.

If you do not have renal dysfunction or other contraindication that prevents NSAID intake then you should probably consider taking them to see for empirical improvement and to avoid invasive procedures.

Since chiropractic therapy isn't helping, you may try prescription based muscle relaxants like Tizanidine, Pregabalin or Gabapentin and Tramadol along with over the counter mild killer like Acetaminophen. They are not nephrotoxic and can be advised in kidney disease, safely.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
