Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Although the timing of ejaculation varies from person to person and there is nothing wrong with 25 minute time provided the person, as well as his partner, is comfortable.

As I can see that you are not comfortable with prolonged intercourse the condition can be termed as delayed ejaculation.

The treatment of condition involves psychotherapy which includes sex education as well depending on the need of the individual.

In addition, I often use cyproheptadine 4 mg twice a day as this helps in shortening ejaculation. The other option in this regard is pramipexole which is used.

I hope this helps you.

Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.

does continuous hard pressure on penis by way of masturbating daily for over a decade results into loss of sensitivity of nerves on the penis and could be the possible cause of delayed ejaculation ?

Brief Answer:
It is a myth

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I like to inform you that it is completely a myth and there are no studies to prove the nerve damage mechanism of delayed ejaculation. Unfortunately, there are some websites which claim so but they are just laymen description to their problem rather than scientific fact.

I hope this answers you further.
