I'm 44 years old soon to be 45. I've never had any testing done or be required any testing. I've been very interested in the life of a nullo person for about 10 yrs. I've decided I'd like to live this life now.

I've read that instead of being castrared that to have my testicles placed into body like they are extremely cold. Then have my scrotum removed, thus way I won't have to be on testosterone. My testicles will still provide but won't be able to produce semen. Is this possible with no problems?

Brief Answer:
You can get Vasectomy done .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

If you wish to avoid taking exogenous Testosterone you can keep the testis in In inguinal canal and get the vasectomy This will serve both the purposes of producing Testosterone secretions by testis and blocking the entry of sperms in to semen .

Discuss this option with surgeon
