Brief Answer:
Have a visit with a Gastroenterologist

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

From what you describe, this seems to be a problem related to your large intestine. Many conditions can cause this, but the one that we are most concerned about is cancer of colon. Feeling of fullness and discomfort, pain when passing gas or stool, sometimes black to brown stool can all or some accompany this time of condition.

This is why I highly recommend you to do a visit with a gastroenterologist as soon as possible. The specialist with doing some x-ray of your abdomen or/and colonoscopy to see the intestines from the inside and determine a definite diagnosis.

I hope I have helped you understand your condition better and to find the right way of proceeding with your case.

Wish you health!
