Brief Answer:
Fluconazole, Metronidazole, and vaginal pessary.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I will suggest you to get gynecologic examination including per speculum and per vaginal examination done.
This will help to diagnose and treat the condition.

White, curdy discharge can be due to candidiasis infection, greenish discharge can be due to protozoal infection.

I will suggest you to seek prescription support from your treating doctor for Tablet Metronidazole, Tablet Fluconazole and local vaginal pessary containing Clotrimazole and Clindamycin.
Use of condom for a couple of weeks is advisable till you get rid of your condition this will help to prevent cross infection.

I hope this answer helps you. Please feel free to communicate with me again. Thanks.

did the sores look like herpes at all?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar (48 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Acyclovir ointment and tablets.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Although these lesions are not typically of Herpes virus infection.
If there were fluid filled blebs earlier then there is a chance of Herpes infection.
Typically these lesions cause severe burning sensation more than pain.
And they erupt out along the line of Neves in a slope like line from side to midline.

Please add Tablet Acyclovir 600 mg 3 times a day for 7 days. Its an antiviral and will need prescription from a doctor.
And local application of Acyclovir ointment is also advisable.
Use of B complex supplements for 3 months will be of help.

I hope this answer helps you. Thanks.

Hi,

Yes, it's not looking like Herpes infection.
It's more likely to be mixed bacterial or fungal infection.

You can continue with the previously discussed treatment.
