Brief Answer:
We should rule out heart and lung diseases first

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
So basically you have breathing difficulty on exertion.
This is commonly seen with lung and heart diseases.
So first of all, we should rule out lung and heart diseases.
So get done chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) for lung diseases, Ecg and 2d echo for heart diseases.
If both these are normal then no need to worry for heart and lung diseases.
But if something is wrong in the reports, we should start specific treatment. With treatment you can improve your breathing while running or doing some physical exercise.
Sometimes vitamin d 3, calcium and vitamin b 12 deficiency can cause similar symptoms.
So if not done before, get done vitamin b 12, D3 and calcium reports.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
