It's normal

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Rate is around 95 per minute, normal rate, rhythm and axis. No significant ST T changes.
So this is normal ecg with nonsignificant age related changes. However, normal ecg doesn't rule out the possibility of cardiac disease.
