How Can I Manage Diarrhea That Occurs When I Take Medication For Vitamin-D Deficiency?

Two possibilities either enteritis or vitamin D allergy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your symptoms refer mostly to an acute gastroenteritis (infection of bowels). - For the time being, I'd suggest to drink more water, take over the counter Imodium 4mg thrice daily to stop loose motions along with probiotics like VSL#3 and oral rehydration salts (O.R.S) for dehydration. On the second note it could be an allergy to vitamin D (Very rare).
If your diarrhea do not have any improvement within a couple of days of taking Imodium then, should go for some more investigations to identify the real culprit.
I'd suggest, then, to do an abdominal ultrasound, fecal examination for ova/parasites, feces occult blood, leucocytes in feces, and complete blood profile. If all these tests turns up to be normal then it could be related to vitamin D(very rare).
If vitamin D turns up to be the culprit then you have to take it from natural sources or injection of vitamin D.
Some very good sources are fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon, dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals, Beef liver, cheese and egg yolks
