Listing a few alternatives, pls make sure no other cause for concern

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Unfortunately, our site cannot provide prescriptions to you ma'am, but if at all you have access to a medical store/pharmacy you can request for any over-the-counter muscle relaxant like:

+Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine)
+Methocarbamol (Robaxin)
+Metaxolone (Skelaxin)
+Chlorzoxazone (Lorzone)
+Baclofen

You can also apply warm heat over the region, take a warm bath with epsom salt in it, and/or even apply warm massage oil (as tolerated) over the region to help with relaxing the spasms.

But as you also mentioned a fall, I would strongly recommend ruling out any other injuries (e.g. fractures, injury to surrounding organs, etc.). Please make sure there is nothing else to worry about other than this being purely a spasm issue.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to write to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
