Brief Answer:
Depigmenting cream and sunscreen
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed the attached photographs and would recommend you to apply a depigmenting cream like melalite XL cream on the mark at night along with application of a broad spectrum sunscreen like faceguard gel on the face during the day time.
Continue this for 2-3 weeks.

Cream does not suit me, now feeling irritation on that area and Also that area where I have applied the cream is red
Brief Answer:
Use kojic acid based cream
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You have applied the cream in slightly more quantity.
Either you can wait for 2-3 days and let the redness settle.
Then you can again restart the cream in very minute amounts for only 2 hours at night and wash it with water before going to sleep.
Alternatively you can use a kojic acid based cream like kojivit plus cream or kojiglo cream on the affected areas twice daily. It has to be applied in small amounts on the mark.
It won’t cause any irritation.
