Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Low libido is one of the side effects of Isotretinoin.
First of all I suggest to improve your diet, get regular exercise and enough sleep.
I also suggest to cut avoid alcohol, and reduce stress.
You may also use herbal supplements such as Avlimil.
This product has estrogen-like effects on the body.
If you feel dryness in the vaginal area you may also try and estrogen cream for local application.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Has any hormonal or medication treatment been effective? What kind of specialist could help me?
Brief Answer:
Hormonal treatment has only temporary effect, you may consult a gynecologist
Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
Hormonal or medical treatment has only temporary effect.
Meanwhile, based on the fact that you discontinued isotrenoine, the side effects will probably go away in time.
You may consult a gynecologist for further evaluation.
Take care dear,
