I am 28 female. I’ve been feeling lightheaded, dizziness, extremely tiredness, unsteady, my eating habits fluctuates. I don’t think I have any mass or lump anywhere, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I’m just feeling weird. Did a mammogram and didn’t show anything. Had multiple chest x-rays and chest Ct scans with and without contrast. Had ct scans, mri and a MRA on my head. Labs are normal right now. But I’m still having the symptoms. Like what could this be?
Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your detailed history, this helps me.
Noted your history: lightheaded, dizziness, extremely tiredness, unsteady, eating habits fluctuates and diagnosed as ''fibromyalgia'', also noted the investigations you have gone through.
As you might have been known, the basic cause of fibromyalgia is related to stress and anxiety.
And the best way to get treated may be one of the following:
Change the lifestyle to have least possible stress and anxiety and this is very much possible in a 28 year old. You already have gone through the initial period of life, learning a lot about yourself and the things all around you that give you stress and/or anxiety; the instigating and enhancing factors.
Most of your symptoms will be reduced or even will go away if you can avoid all these, this is just possible. Nothing is better that the peaceful life. Job, money, interpersonal relationship and all can be adjusted as per your needs. Nothing is impossible.
Second line of management comes with Meditation, added on by your hobbies, outings, being in nature, XXXXXXX trekking or anything that you know is best for you to relax.
Third line is counselling - that I am trying with, also with your Family Doctor, close friend or family member and medications if needed - needs prescription of your Doctor.
Also get your blood tests done for Vitamin B and D, get corrected if low; Thyroid and other tests might have already been done.
I hope this answer helps you.
Feel free to give feedback, ask for further relevant queries.

I don’t think it’s the cause of fibromyalgia
Brief Answer:
As detailed.
Detailed Answer:
This is is one of the commonest causes as per the history that you have provided.
Please see the relevant blood tests are done and are normal or not.
I know, it is difficult to find the exact causes and accept in such cases.

My labs are normal right now. But how can I rule out any cancer or any life threatening
Brief Answer:
as detailed
Detailed Answer:
Cancers are not common at your age. Yet to alleviate your doubts and anxiety I would suggest you the following in discussion of your Family Doctor.
Some of the common cancers in young adults are:
Breast cancer : Had multiple chest x-rays and chest Ct scans with and without contrast. Manual examination and Mammography can further rule out.
Lymphomas (non-Hodgkin and Hodgkin) - CT of chest would show internal lymph nodes; Ultrasound of abdomen would show any enlarged lymph nodes, liver and spleen.
Melanoma> any black spots on skin or lymph nodes?
Sarcomas (cancers of connective tissues like muscles and bones) > Manual palpation of the body for any mass or lumps. As per my knowledge till date - To date, no specific marker exists for the detection of circulating tumor cells (CTC) from different types of sarcomas, though tools are available for detection of CTCs in peripheral blood of patients with cancer for epithelial cancers. You will have to discuss these points with your Family Physician. Take help of Mother or so for body examination.
Cancers of the female genital tract (cervix and ovary)> Examination by a Gynecologist, pap smear, Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis - preferably CT scan will show help to rule out intestinal, uterus, ovary cancers. You can also ask for ''tumor markers'' in blood like Cancer Antigen 125 (CA125) and Human Epididymis Protein 4 (HE4) are the most studied ovarian tumor markers and so on.
Thyroid cancer> Ultrasound of neck
Colorectal cancer > CT scan as discussed- Colonoscopy.
Brain tumors : you already had ct scans, mri and a MRA on head.
I hope this answer helps you further. I can understand the symptoms are making life difficult. It is better to rule out as many diseases as possible before saying this to be due to the obvious reason we discussed previously.
Take care and give feedback.

Brief Answer:
PBS (peripheral blood smear) is a good indication
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Fibrogen tissue in breast is a normal finding, I mean does rule out cancer.
Let us wait for fresh CT scan reports.
If peripheral blood smear was normal then you should worry far less. Many a cases this test can show or indicate that there may be some underlying problem, hence being normal is a good indication.
Stop worrying at the moment.
Take care.

Okay and yes my peripheral blood smear was normal. But the one in 2018 wasn’t I was diagnosed with neutrophilia . What could that mean?
Brief Answer:
Type pf white cells increase in response to infection
Detailed Answer:
Neutrophilia means the Neutrophils are increased percentage wise at that time.
And the commonest cause is infection of some sort wherein the body responds by increasing the production of neutrophils, one type of white cells to combat infection which gets normal with proper treatment and body's care.
It was in 2018 and not now, hence no worries at the moment.
