How Can I Stop Brown Spotting After 3 Months Postpartum With The Implanon Contraceptive?
Question: 3 months post pardom using Implanon contraceptive. I have had 2 menstrual cycles since insertion 6 weeks ago and over last 2 weeks have had brown blood primarily when I wipe. Is there a way to expell the old blood or make it stop? considered douche but I am nursing. Thanks for your thoughts.

As an answer to your specific question, regular running/jogging is a good way to expel old blood . However there seems to be bleeding due to insertion of Implanon which is an estrogen only implant. If some combination of estrogen and progesterone is used, then there will be lesser chance of such bleeding.
