Brief Answer:
Yes you try lifestyle
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You can withdraw the Tab Embeta by lowering its dose to 25 for 2-3 days. Then withdraw. You will be fine.
You will need to institute lifestyle measures like diet and exercise. In diet avoid salty foods, take low salt, low fat diet. Avoid fatty foods like cream, butter, cheese, ghee, etc. Take more of fruits and salad. Take hygienic, home cooked food and cleaner drinking water.
Exercise must be for minimum 30 min a day. It can include gym, walk, yoga, swimming, cycling etc.

Brief Answer:
Yes there maybe rebound effect
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Yes there maybe rebound effect on stopping metoprolol. Since you took it only 1 month, I am not expecting much rebound. There maybe some rise in pulse rate. You can count your pulse yourself at home. In case you observe any rise in pulse rate then take 12.5 mg of metoprolol for few days and then withdraw.
