Question: I have severe puffiness under both eyes ever since cataract surgery (monnovision) in past three months. Can anything but surgery get rid of the bags?

The puffiness is unlikely to be related to surgery and primarily kidney problems are to be ruled out if the swelling is intermittent.Ideally morning puffiness is related to kidney problems.If persistent,then the problem is structural.That requires corrective surgery.
