Hi,

There seems a block in the eustachian tube that gives you a feeling of block ear. It resolves on its own in 48 hours. You can try to blow your nose and mouth slowly by pinching the nostrils. This way the water bubble blocking the tube would be pushed out of it. Do not do it by force keep repeating it as many times a day.
You can take antihistamines like Claritin which can absorb the water.
