Answer is very vague and ambiguous. But thanks
Brief Answer:
Hello. The previous answer applies to a treatment naive patient
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Sorry if you find it vague. My earlier answer was with regards to a treatment naive patient. However, in a patient who is undergoing treatment, all counts usually progress towards normal if the treatment is going successfully.
A viral Infection can lead to low wbc and platelet but is should not have any effect on rbc in general.
Thanks and regards
