Question: What would the blood readings be like in a patient with Leukemia ?
RBC, WBC and Platelet.

Hello. It can be low or high wbc

Hello dear. So in a leukemia patient, white blood cells are usually high but can be low. Platelets csn be either normal in early stage or low in advanced stage. Red cells are on the lower side.

Hello dear. Sorry if you find it vague. My earlier answer was with regards to a treatment naive patient. However, in a patient who is undergoing treatment, all counts usually progress towards normal if the treatment is going successfully.
A viral Infection can lead to low wbc and platelet but is should not have any effect on rbc in general.
