How Can A Bruise On The Wrist Be Treated?

Question: I woke up with a bruise on the inside of my left wrist. It wasn't there last night. It doesn't really hurt . There a sore spot near the center of it. Its the size of a quarter. Could it be an insect bite?

* Is it itching? how is overlying skin color? any other symptom apart from it?
