Brief Answer:
Can you upload an image for review ?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I've gone thorough your description and understand your concern,

I kindly suggest that you upload an image for review. This way, I can review the lesion so as to provide a personalized and helpful response to you. Without taking a look at this lesion, I would be providing generic information which may not be applicable in your case and I want to avoid that.

To upload an image, simply click on the link to upload a file and follow the instructions. If this proves difficult, please send the image by mail to YYYY@YYYY and request that the image should be uploaded to your query.

I do promise to get back to you with more insights and helpful recommendations as soon as the requested information gets here.

Awaiting....

Brief Answer:
It must heal by granulation!

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Thanks for the image, reviewed it,

We have to allow this area to grow new tissue and cover the hole.

Main course of actions now should include regular wound dressing to prevent infections. This might take several weeks but it is the best approach as the new tissue will obliterate the cavity that was contained by the cyst and offer a permanent solution. If it gets to a point where this is no longer possible, only then can we evaluate for possibility of grafting tissue from other areas.

I hope this helps. Keep me posted on how the wound healing is.
Any further queries are most welcome

Regards

Brief Answer:
You would not be able to do this yourself, a nursing/para-medical/medical personnel will be required!

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome back,

I will go with daily cleansing with normal saline and an antiseptic (eg. Betadine/Povidone Iodine solution). It should be dressed with a wet compress. If there is pus oozing out, then we should cleanse twice daily. This is the best strategy.

However, you will not be able to appropriately dress this yourself so please seek help from a trained nursing stuff/medical/para-medical personnel. Hope this is understood.

Let me know how you stay in the due course.

I wish you well.

Kind Regards
