How Can A Deformity At The Fracture Site Post Surgery Be Treated?

Question: I had radius fracture 8 weeks ago and the doctors adjusted it and it was so badly adjusted but they Said you are young and it will be good. A week after that I brought my xrays to another clinic and I had a surgery and the orthopedic Said that I wouldnt be able to rotate my forearm at all if I left it like that. I had k-wire and the bone looked good on xrays. they removed the wire last week and the bone looks Weird now to me and Im so scared now again
Brief Answer:
I need to see your post operative Xray
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
If this is the fracture as seen in your uploaded report, I wouldn't recommend k wire, but rather plating.
Kindly upload the post operative Xray and I shall tell you if all looks fine.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

that one is the post operative one, that's my bone now after the surgery and doctor says that it will be good like this and Im worried if my arm will be able to function correctly
that xray was taken 5weeks after the surgery. Today it's 7 weeks after the surgery and my arm is still in A cast and I should remove it next monday. Basically my doctor Said that I shouldnt be worried because of that little angulation and the piece of bone that's sticking out and that it will be ok but i just cant trust them anymore

Brief Answer:
Not very good
Detailed Answer:
How many days since surgery?
Any photo of the Xray with the implant?
Well, I'm sorry to say but your bone does not look good. There's a significant deformity at the fracture site and union also does not look evident. You can continue being on the cast till signs of healing appear on the sequential X-rays, but I feel the angulation is still too much to be treated with a cast. This definitely needs surgery in the form of a plate with screws.
