Question: Can you please suggest the best mattresses available in market which prevents back, neck or any body pains? Please share some insights on memory foam, spring, coir, cotton mattresses as am confused after googling for their PROS and CONS.

Hi,

Usually, the higher the density of the foam the better it is. So choose a mattress with high-density foam and then sleep on it in different positions. If you feel comfortable then go for it. If you are uncomfortable then reduce the density of the foam till you find your own comfort zone.

If possible find a mattress which has a combination of coir below and foam on top mattress. Do not go for very soft mattress. The mattress should support your back when you are sleeping.
