Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Continue with your Vitamin D supplement (Uprise D3 60) once a month.
Non vegetarian food is highest in phosphate content. Maybe you can cut down on intake for about six months.
Try going out in the sun 10 am to 2 pm for half an hour to get enough sunlight to convert your inactive vitamin D in skin to active form. Increase your milk and buttermilk intake.
Repeat vitamin D blood level after 6 months.Hope this helps. Regards

Thanks doctor.I will do this. However,do i need to do anything else apart from diet part for increased phosphorus levels. Are they dangerous?
Brief Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX your phosphorus is borderline high.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX your phosphorus is borderline high. This can happen due to various temporary causes such as infections. If it was serious the calcium levels would be low. I would advise that you do nothing for now except go on a low non vegetarian diet. Repeat the levels a month later. If still high or higher drugs like acetazolamide can be tried and serum parathormone can be tested. I would not recommend anything else at present. Regards and all the best.
