Hi,

I appreciate you for sharing your concern with us
I have gone through the query and report you have provided.
based on that my observations are
first you have to understand type of tumours, there are two types cancerous and non cancerous. refer to your breast USG report is suggestive of fibroadynoma that is kind of non cancerous tumour and the size is less than a centimetre. (not mentioned single or multiple ) which is commonly seen in majority of case in fibroadenoma.
but histopathology reports suggestive of breast cancer, so to confirm the diagnosis I suggest you to go for marker test.
refer to report I would say no need to panic, you XXXXXXX diagnosed in early stages .
normally parameter are accessed on the basis of
T= tumour
N=nodes
M=metastatis
so in your case tumour is present but inflammation of nodes and metastatis is not yet seen .
I would suggest you to consult your physician for further test and examination.

hope you understand this
in case of any query feel free to ask

thanks
