How Can A Lump In The Throat Be Treated?
Question: I am a 69 year old male, today I noticed a lump in my throat about an inch below the Adam's Apple. It may have been there a very long time but not as large.

It does not hurt at all, it does slightly move when my tongue is stuck out. No difficulty swallowing or breathing at all. As I wrote before, I have noticed for years, but seems larger now.

You should get an ultrasound neck done and fnac from the swelling done. It will help to reach any diagnosis and management will depend on the reports.
