Hello,
Over the last month and a half I started losing weight (Unintentional).
With the change in weight - lump became noticeable.
It is increasing in size.
No pain with lump, but pain below with kidney (not severe).
Cancer: 20 years ago - ovarian full treatment plan + surgery plan
5 years ago - endometrial cancer - full radical surgery - no treatment plan
Medical conditions now - hypothyroidism (on med's for it)

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Since you are complaining of unintentional weight loss, growing lump and rather recent history of endometrial cancer, the major concern here is the recurrence of cancer
Endometrial cancer can present as metastatic lumps in the abdominal organs or abdominal wall muscles few years after initial diagnosis and treatment.
Early detection and management is important.
Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider/oncologist to undergo Ct/PET scan to identify tumor activity.
Hope this answers your questions
Let me know if you need further clarification
