Question: Hello Doctor,
Can u please confirm that when I touch or press the cord like hardness it pains, is it normal for scar tissue/fibrosis to pain or is something not right.
Also can you please confirm how much more time should I wait for complete healing / and pain to subside.
If the problem does not subsides on its own what are the treatment options available to treat this kind of problem.

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Tenderness on touching or pressing the cord like hardness of a fibrotic band is known to occur. This condition is called hypertrophied scar or kelloid formation.
Since you are getting good results, I am hopeful to see that there will be good resolution. When? - difficult to say as the response of the hypertrophied scar to treatment varies from person to person. This is subjective.
If this does not occur, then the other modalities are the ones we already discussed in past like intra-lesional injection of steroids or Deflazacort an oral steroid.
Continue the mild laxatives if there is constipation.
Continue Sitz bath.
Continue multivitamins with Lycopene.

I hope this answers your query.
