Brief Answer:
Surgical excision alone can be curative.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your sister and understood your concerns.
Please post the reports attached to this query (not yet sen attached).
The only curative treatment for pilonidal sinus is surgical excision, hence no medicines can really cure the tract.
I would advise her to consult a General Surgeon for getting a clinical evaluation, any investigations and an appointment for proper surgical excision and histopathology of the tract.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Seen the report
Detailed Answer:
Seen the report.
Although it shows Gram positive cocci the culture shows no growth. This is possible when the patient is on antibiotic cover.
Hence continue the medications, consult a General Surgeon and get operated if this is proved to be a pilonidal sinus.
