How Can A Prostate Cyst Be Treated And Cured?

For the past 1 ½ months I have been having Gas/Burning sensation etc . 3 weeks ago I noticed some black specs but couldn’t tell whether it was blood so went to a Local gastro clinic.
We did a series of test Endoscopy/ Abdominal Ultrasound/Blood test / Stool test. All were normal.
However while doing the abdominal ultrasound there was a observation on the Prostate
PROSTATE : Normal in size and echotexture . Tiny cyst measuring 3 X 2 mm seen in midline
No free fluid noted
Overall impression :
Abdomen : No sonological abnormality detected
Pelvis : Tiny Midline Prostate cyst.
I just wanted to know what can I do about the Prostate cyst observation
Nothing to be worried if you have no urinary symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Based on the facts that you have posted the small prostate cyst have been detected on ultrasound scanning that you have is a cyst of utricle.
Normally prostate cyst if large in size cause obstructive voiding symptoms like frequency for urination, pain while passing urine frequency etc., and demands endoscopic deroofing procedure.
Since you do not have any urinary symptoms. No active intervention is required in present context. You have to monitor for increase in size of cyst by doing ultrasound scanning every six months and if you develop obstructive voiding symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query, please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you.

Consult qualified General Surgeon for digital rectal examination
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is difficult to guess the local pathology in anal area .It can be confirmed only on digital rectal and proctoscopy examination to confirm the pathology.
However, it could be a tender rectal mucosa due to constipation and unlikely to be piles. Take soft diet and stool softener like Softovac granules at night.
Avoid spicy and non vegetarian diet till it gets resolved. Ensure to drink more water.
