How Can A Radiology Report Be Interpreted To Understand The Condition Of The Pancreas?

Question: I have a question regarding a radiologist report. My radiology report says...
"The head and the body of the pancreas appear normal" and then goes on to say that everything else is normal as well. The findings at the end state that the "Abdominal ultrasound is normal." My question: why is there is no mention of the tail of the pancreas? Is it not visualized via ultrasound and therefore not commented on or is it considered part of the body? Usually, my ultrasounds say "the visualized pancreas appears unremarkable" so I wonder if what they're saying is just another way of stating the same thing. I had this performed because of abdominal pain that has since resolved so I am just curious. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
It may be due to excessive bowel gas.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,
Visualized pancreas appears normal and then it is mentioned that head and body of pancreas appears normal. This means the tail is not seen. It may be due to excessive bowel gas.
This is a normal way of commenting if any part is not clearly seen during USG.
In short, this is not a concerning finding.
