Brief Answer:
Ringworm infection, oral and topical antifungals

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your complaints and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be ringworm infection which is a superficial fungal infection of the skin.
I would recommend you to take oral and topical antifungals.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule itraconazole ( onitraz or sporonox) 100 mg twice daily and apply terbinafine cream ( terbicip) cream on the affected areas twice daily for 4 weeks.
For itching you can take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.

Dr Asmeet
